COALITIONS OF THE WILLING IN zonePURPLE

A COALITION OF THE WILlING (COTW) in a zonePURPLE are SELFestablished to fulfil a project in their precinct, their neighbourhood , their region in the context of their 'placedness'.

Typically, COWDs are auspiced by an organisation such as a service club such as Apex, Rotary, a MEN'Sshed, a charity etc. ect.

A COTW may be short lived and PROJECToriented or they may be long lived. Often, they are auxiliary groups realising projects for a school, local museum, a REPAIRcafe, whatever.
